Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation#

You may cancel your CrimeFile Premium subscription at any time by using the /premium command in the bot and selecting "Manage subscription" → "Cancel".

Upon cancellation, your subscription will not renew at the next billing cycle. You will continue to have access to Premium content until the end of your current paid period. No partial-period refunds are issued for the remaining days of a cancelled subscription.

2. Token Purchases#

Token pack purchases are one-time transactions and are non-refundable once processed. Tokens are immediately credited to your account upon purchase.

Tokens have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. They do not expire and are tied to your Telegram account.

3. Technical Issues#

If you experience a verified technical failure that prevents access to content you have paid for, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the issue occurring.

We will investigate and, if the issue is confirmed on our side, may offer a refund, credit, or service extension at our discretion. Each case is evaluated individually.

4. EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal#

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content purchases. This right is expressly waived at the moment you begin using the Service: by starting a subscription or purchasing tokens, you (1) request that digital content delivery begin immediately, and (2) acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal.

Exception: if no content has been accessed after subscription (i.e., you subscribed but did not open any Premium episode), you may request a full refund within 14 days by contacting [email protected].

Refunds under this provision are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
