1. Who you are buying from#
CrimeFile Premium is sold on this website, crimefile.cloud, by Atiempo.me, S.L., Marbella, Spain ("we", "us"). You can reach us at [email protected].
This purchase happens here, in your browser. It is a contract between you and us. Telegram is not a party to it and Telegram support cannot help with it — write to us instead.
2. What you get#
CrimeFile Premium opens every case in the campaign, in order, with no daily unlock limit, and includes the big weekly case at no extra cost.
Premium is delivered inside the CrimeFile game on Telegram and is attached to the Telegram account you signed in with on this site. If you sign in with a different Telegram account, that is a different CrimeFile account and it will not have Premium.
3. Price and billing#
Premium costs €4.99 per week. The price includes VAT where VAT applies.
This is a recurring subscription. Your card is charged €4.99 every 7 days until you cancel. Each renewal is a separate charge and you will see it on your statement.
We use Stripe to take payment. Stripe stores and processes your card details; we never see or store your full card number.
4. Cancelling#
You can cancel at any time, without giving a reason, from crimefile.cloud/premium — sign in with Telegram and open "Manage subscription". That takes you to Stripe's billing portal, where you can cancel, change your card, or download your invoices.
When you cancel, the subscription stops renewing. You keep Premium until the end of the week you have already paid for. We do not charge a cancellation fee and we do not refund part of a week.
5. Who may buy#
CrimeFile deals with real and fictional crime and is intended for adults. You must be 18 or older to subscribe.
You must use your own payment method, or one you have permission to use.
6. Availability and changes#
We aim to keep the game available, but we do not promise it will never be down. Content is added and rotated over time; the specific cases available may change.
If we change the price, we will tell you before it applies to you, and you can cancel before the new price is charged.
If we discontinue Premium entirely, we will stop billing you and let you use the remainder of the period you have paid for.
7. The content stays ours#
A subscription buys you access while it lasts. It does not transfer ownership of any case, text, image, audio or other material. You may not copy, resell or republish it.
8. Law and disputes#
Spanish law governs these terms. If you are a consumer in the EU, this does not take away rights you have under the law of the country you live in.
Talk to us first at [email protected] — most problems are a misunderstanding and get fixed the same day. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
