1. Cancelling is self-serve#
Go to crimefile.cloud/premium, sign in with Telegram, and press "Manage subscription". That opens the Stripe billing portal, where cancelling takes two clicks. You do not need to email anyone and you do not need a reason.
Cancelling stops the next charge. You keep Premium until the end of the week you have already paid for. We do not refund the unused part of a week.
2. The EU 14-day right of withdrawal#
For digital content, EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU) normally gives you 14 days to change your mind. Because Premium unlocks immediately, you are asked to agree at checkout that delivery begins at once and that you therefore lose that right.
If you subscribed but have not opened any Premium case, you have not really received the content — write to us within 14 days at [email protected] and we will refund you in full.
3. If something is broken#
If you paid and Premium did not turn on, or the game would not let you play what you paid for, that is on us. Write to [email protected] with the date of the charge and your Telegram @username.
We check the payment against our records. If the fault is ours we will fix the access, or refund the affected period, or extend your subscription — your choice, whichever makes you whole.
4. Failed renewals#
If a weekly renewal fails, Stripe retries for a few days and we message you in the bot so you can update your card. Premium stays on during the retries. If every retry fails, the subscription ends and Premium switches off — no charge is taken for a period you did not pay for.
5. How refunds are paid#
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. We issue them within 14 days of agreeing to one; how quickly it appears after that is up to your bank, usually 5–10 working days.
A refunded subscription payment also removes the Premium it granted.
6. Contact#
[email protected] — a real person reads it. Include the charge date and your Telegram @username so we can find you quickly.
